The shoot of Vishal’s upcoming action drama Magudam has been temporarily halted following a dispute between the actor and director Ravi Arasu.

A few weeks ago, reports surfaced that Ravi Arasu had been removed from the project, with Vishal himself allegedly taking over the direction. In response, the director has now approached the Directors’ Association, leading to the shoot being stopped.

Both the Directors’ Association and FEFSI have reportedly demanded that Vishal obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Ravi Arasu before production can continue.

Further discussions are expected to resolve the issue and determine the film’s next course of action.
