AR Murugadoss-Sivakarthikeyan's Madharaasi Crosses Rs57.24 Cr in Tamil Nadu, Nears Rs100 Cr Worldwide

AR Murugadoss and Sivakarthikeyan’s Madharaasi has grossed ₹57.24 crore in Tamil Nadu over two weekends, making it one of the top-performing Tamil films of September 2025.

Madharaasi has crossed ₹57 crore in 13 days. Despite a slight slowdown, weekday occupancy remains strong, with audiences praising Sivakarthikeyan’s action performance and Vidyut Jammwal’s antagonist role.

The film has earned ₹91 crore worldwide after two weekends and is fast approaching the ₹100 crore club, thanks to strong overseas markets and pan-India releases.

Directed by AR Murugadoss with music by Anirudh Ravichander, the film stars Rukmini Vasanth, Biju Menon, Vikranth, and Vidyut Jammwal. Madharaasi continues to dominate theatres in Tamil Nadu.
