Jason Sanjay Makes His Directorial Debut with Lyca Productions - Sundeep Kishan to Star in Lead Role

In an exciting turn of events, Jason Sanjay, the son of acclaimed actor-politician Thalapathy Vijay, is all set to make his directorial debut in the Tamil and Telugu film industries. His first project, tentatively titled Jason Sanjay 01, has been officially confirmed by Lyca Productions, with the esteemed A. Subaskaran stepping in as the film's producer.


The announcement marks a significant milestone in Jason's career, as he takes his first steps into the world of filmmaking. A special video released by Lyca Productions on their official YouTube channel revealed that Sundeep Kishan will play the lead role in the film, while the music will be composed by the talented Thaman S.


 

Jason Sanjay's cinematic journey is already the subject of considerable buzz, thanks to his illustrious family background. A graduate with a Film Production Diploma from Toronto Film School (2018-2020) and a BA (Hons) in Screenwriting from London (2020-2022), Jason previously directed a short film titled Pull The Trigger.


The project, Jason Sanjay 01, will kick off production in January 2025, and fans are eagerly awaiting the film's release in both Tamil and Telugu.
