Santhosh P Jayakumar who has films like Poikkal Kuthirai (Prabhu Deva), Ghajinikanth (Arya), Hara Hara Mahadevaki (Gautham Karthik) and the A-rated Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu (2018) and its sequel Irandan Kuththu (2020) to his directorial credit, wrote, directed and starred in a Tamil movie titled The Boys which released in theaters on March 29, 2024. 

The Boys' OTT release date is May 14, 2024 [Tuesday], and movie made its digital premiere on Aha Tamil.
