Actor Rajinikanth's black comedy action movie Jailer premiered in theaters worldwide at 6: 30 AM IST today. The official X (formerly Twitter) handle of Google India welcomed Jailer movie with the 'Thalaivar Nerandharam' (translates to 'leader forever'/'leader is permanent') caption trend that has taken over X in recent days.
Posting a trademark screen-shot of the days counted down to Jailer's release from Rajinikanth's last film Annaatthe (that came out November 4, 2021), Google India used the lyric from Jailer's Hukum song, which has not only become synonymous with 72 year old Rajinikanth's legacy and longevity in Tamil cinema, but also a popular social media trend in celebrating all things Rajini.
