Back in April this year, Telugu director Chandoo Mondeti of the Karthikeya franchise fame was spotted at actor Suriya's office in Chennai, sparking buzz of a possible collaboration between the two. Now, at the success meet of 2018 Malayalam movie, Chandoo Mondeti has finally let out an official word on this supposed project and what is brewing behind the scenes.

"Myself, Allu Aravind (producer -Geetha Arts), and Bunny Vas are currently discussing 2-3 scripts and the stars to whom we want to pitch these stories. Like Ram Charan, Naga Chaitanya, Hrithik Roshan and Suriya", said Chandoo Mondeti at this event.

Geetha Arts producer Allu Arvind had previously said that his movie with Chandoo Mondeti will be a Rs. 300 Cr. project. It remains to be seen if Suriya comes onboard this big budget movie, or any of the scripts the director-producer duo have in mind.
