Varisu is an upcoming action entertainer starring Vijay in the lead and the movie is all set for a Pongal release in January, 2023. Written by Vamshi Paidipally, Hari and Ashishor Solomon and directed by Vamshi Paidipally, Varisu is said to be an official adaptation of Largo Winch, with Vijay playing a business magnate. Some new stills from the movie have been released by the makers and the same can be seen below. 

Varisu also stars Rashmika Mandanna in the lead and has SS Thaman for music. The movie is a production venture of Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations.
