Upcoming Tamil rural entertainer Viruman starring Karthi and debutante actress Aditi Shankar (daughter of director Shankar), is gearing up for a first single release on May 25, 2022 i.e. Wednesday. The song composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja , crooned by Sid Sriram and with lyrics by Karumathur Manimaran is titled Kanja Poovu Kannala, and will be unveiled on Sony Music South's YouTube channel at 12 PM. 

Viruman is directed by M. Muthaiya of Komban (2015), Marudhu (2016) fame and is scheduled to release in theaters on Vinayagar Chathurthi day i.e. August 31, 2022 (Wednesday). The movie is produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment and Shakthi Film Factory is presenting it in theaters.
