We had previously reported that Kamal Haasan will be teaming up with director Pa. Ranjith for a new movie and latest we hear, Raaj Kamal Film International (RKFI), the actor's production house will be bankrolling the project as well.

Kamal currently has Vikram and Indian 2 under different stages of production whereas Pa. Ranjith will begin shooting for Chiyaan 61 in 2022. Their film together is expected to begin, once they wrap their current commitments.
