Doctor Day 1 Report - Merry for Theatres!

Siva Karthikeyan’s Doctor which released yesterday receives unanimous positive reviews from both critics and the audience. The film turns out to be crowd favourite that despite the odds (50% occupancy) and doubts (pandemic) the theatres reported almost houseful across the state. The film has super demands in multiplexes. 

The film has a decent start in overseas locations too. In USA the movie had contributed $130K (premiere + Saturday) on Day 1. With strong word of mouth the film is expected to do a superb business in the long run. 

When industry especially theatre sectors facing tough scenarios in corona era, Sivakarthikeyan's Doctor turns out to be a relief for them. This is second best for theatres post Master this year!
