Actor Vijay seems to have inadvertently influenced his fellow colleague and star actor Dhanush when it comes to casting in movies. Vijay's last release Master had Malavika Mohanan playing female lead and his upcoming Beast has Pooja Hegde.

Dhanush on the other hand is co-starring with Malavika in D 43 directed by Karthick Naren and latest we hear Pooja Hegde is in talks to play female lead in one of Dhanush's upcoming Telugu movies.

Dhanush's first direct Telugu outing is with director Sekhar Kammula and the actor is also in talks to team up with Rang De fame director Venky Atluri. It remains to be seen which of these projects Pooja Hegde will be a part of.

While Dhanush, Sekhar Kammula movie is produced by SVC LLP, the other film is expected to be backed by producer Naga Vamsi.
