Madha Gaja Raja release faces trouble

Madha Gaja Raja starring Vishal, Anjali and Varu Sarathkumar is a comedy caper directed by Sundar C. The film was slated for release on September 6. The film release has now been put on hold due to some financial issues that needs to be sorted out.

The advance booking of the film has been stopped in leading multiplexes in the city. Multiplexes in Chennai have given time till 4pm today for the makers to officially announce the release date of the film as September 7, failing which the film may not release.

Meanwhile, Vishal who is busy promoting the film was hospitalized yesterday due to high BP and the actor is doing fine now. Vishal's press release says "Due to continuous night shooting for past 10 days and simultaneously taking care of promotional activities with various media's for his "Madha Gaja Raja" Vishal was diagnosed with symptoms of dehydration due to stress and was admitted to a private hospital where he has been advised complete rest. Now Vishal is perfectly keeping well and fine"
