Anbirkiniyal, the Tamil remake of Malayalam survival thriller Helen starring Keerthi Pandian in the lead is ready for release. The movie has been cleared with a clean U by the CBFC and the film is hitting theater screens on March 5, 2021. Shakthi Film Factory is presenting the movie in Tamil Nadu.

Anbirkiniyal is directed by Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara fame Gokul and is about the titular character who works in a mall food eatery going missing. The Malayalam original was written by Alfred Kurian Joseph, Noble Babu Thomas and director Mathukutty Xavier.
