Before the outbreak of novel Coronavirus COVID-19, we had reported that Youtuber Vijay Rajendra of Eruma Sani fame is turning director for a feature film starring actor Arulnithi. The film may not have begun due to the ongoing pandemic but it has been revealed that the film's female lead has been locked. 

Actress Avantika Mishra who made her debut in Tamil with Ashok Selvan's 2017 movie Nenjamellam Kadhal is paired opposite Arulnithi in the new film, which is touted to be a story set in the college backdrop. The yet untitled movie will be produced by cinematographer Aravind Singh, who has worked with Arulnithi in four of his films - Aarathu Sinam, Demonte Colony, Iravukku Aayiram Kangal and K 13.
