Scarlett Johansson is returning as Natasha Romanoff aka the Black Widow from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in April, 2020 and Marvel Entertainment on Friday announced that the movie will be releasing a day earlier in India i.e April 30, 2020. Black Widow will be dubbed and released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada besides its original English version and apparently this is a first 6-language Marvel movie release for Disney India. 

Black Widow is character Natasha's first stand-alone movie and interestingly, it is releasing post her death in Avengers: End Game. The film is set after the events of 2016's Captain America: Civil War and will also see Robert Downey Jr.'s return as the very much alive Tony Star/Iron Man. 

Though not officially confirmed, MCU fans have theorized that Black Widow will see Natasha put an end to Melina aka the Iron Maiden's (Rachel Weisz) 'Black Widow' program and possibly declare Yelena (Florence Pugh) as her successor.
