Hollywood’s most celebrated film The Lion King has become the fourth highest grosser from Disney India to cross 100Cr mark in the box office. The film has grossed with a whopping collection of  ₹ 114.27Cr following the big tickets – The Jungle Book, Avengers Infinity War and Avengers End Game.

The first week collection of The Lion King was ₹ 81.57Cr followed by ₹ 32.70 in second weekend in all the versions, which makes the BO trade analysts label it as ‘Super Hit’. 
Although, The Lion King has been the favourite of universal audiences across the years, the newer version with top-notch CG works and our topmost Indian and regional artistes dubbing for the characters became an additional attraction to the film.
