A.L. Vijay directed 2016 horror film Devi ended with Krishna (Prabhu Deva) getting possessed even as Ruby the ghost left Devi's (Tamannaah) body. Now, the recently unveiled Devi 2 teaser begins from there with Alex, the ghost entering Krishna's body and the movie promised of a double horror this time.
Devi 2's script has been penned by AL Vijay with the dialogues written by Crazy Mohan. The film is slated for a release on April 12, 2019.
