In what seems like a complete rare event, director A.L. Vijay will be seeing two of his directorials in Tamil release on the same day i.e. April 12, 2019. The situation arose when his horror sequel Devi 2 which stars Prabhu Deva and Tamannaah in the lead pushed its release date from April 5, 2019 to April 12, 2019.
The GV Films cum Trident Arts produced film will meet A.L. Vijay's other directorial Watchman, which is a Double Meaning Productions venture at the box-office.
Added to this, these films of A.L. Vijay will also encounter competition from Jiiva starrer Kee and Hollywood movie HellBoy.
