Keerthy Suresh to make her Bollywood debut with Badhaai Ho director, Ajay Devgn!

One of 2018's content defining films which also went on to become a block-buster in Hindi was Badhaai Ho, which addressed the shame this society attaches to becoming pregnant in the later stage of life.

The film's director Amit Sharma who made his directorial debut with Tevar (remake of Okkadu/Gilli) is now all set for his third film.

This said project which will be jointly bankrolled by Boney Kapoor and Akash Chawla's Freshlime Films will see actress Keerthy Suresh making her Bollywood debut. An official announcement on the same is however awaited.

Touted to be a sports genre film, the yet untitled movie is said to be based on the Indian football team between 1951 and 1962.

Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn will be seen playing Syed Abdul Rahim who was a coach and manager of the team, and the film plans to begin shooting by May or June this year.
