English Vinglish, 2.0 actor's film gets selected for Oscars!

 

An actor of Indian origin, who is widely recognized for his role as Sathish Godbole the modern yet unappreciative husband from English Vinglish,  Aadil Hussain became a familiar name down South when he bagged a role in Rajinikanth's 2.0. Now the famed actor is on his way to international popularity for a Norwegian film he starred in has been selected as an official entry for the Oscars.
 


This Norwegian film is titled What will people say and is about how a Pakistani father living in Norway, sends his teenage daughter back to his home-country, when he finds out about her boyfriend. The film is directed by Norwegian-Pakistani director Iram Haq and is being sent to compete in the Foreign Language Film category from Norway.
