Actor Vijay Sethupathi's production venture Merku Thodarchi Malai which has been screened at several film feativals finally is releasing in theatres and the actor announced today that the movie will be hitting cinema halls on August 24, 2018. He has also announced that a trailer for the film will be unveiled tomorrow on the occasion of Independence day.
Written and directed by Lenin Bharathi, the movie has music by Ilayaraja with Antony and Gayathri Krishna in the lead and Abu Valayankulam, Antony Vathiar, Aroobala among others. Produced under Vijay Sethupathi Productions, the film has Theni Eashwar for cinematography and Kasi Vishwanathan for the edits.
