Comedian cum character actor Vivek, confirmed through his twitter page today that he has joined the cast of Ajith starrer Viswasam which is currently gearing up to shoot at Andhra Pradesh. Vivek was last sharing screen space with Ajith in Gautham Menon's Yennai Arindhaal and this will be his 12th collaboration with the star actor in his career. Taking to his twitter page, Vivek wrote, "I am delighted to join hands yet again with my dear friend Ajith. I thank my fans for all the wishes. Will definitely satisfy the expectations."

Touted be an action entertainer with focus on comic elements too, Viswasam is directed by Siva  and has Ajith in the dual role of brothers. Produced by  Sathya Jyothi Films, the film has Nayanthara playing female lead with Imman for music, Vetri for cinematography, Ruben for the edits. Manikandan of Kaala and Vikram Vedha fame is taking care of the dialogues for this movie while Dhilip Subbarayan has choreographed the stunts.
