Official - Sun Pictures announces Thalapathy 62!

After the media hype surrounding their project, Sun Pictures have officially announced their collaboration actor Vijay's 62nd film. Tentatively titled Vijay 62, the film has been described as a magnum opus by the producers and will be directed by A.R. Murugadoss.

Though an official cast and crew announcement is awaited, names like A.R. Rahman (music), Girish Gangadharan (cinematography), Sreekar Prasad (edits) and T. Santhanam (art) are associated with the film. Comedian Yogi Babu is also said to be a part of Vijay 62, which is expected to begin shooting by January, 2018.
