Ashok Kumar Suicide : More Tamil celebrities come in support of Anbuchezhian

The suicide of director Sasikumar's cousin and co-producer Ashok Kumar, has clearly caused a divide in the Tamil fraternity camp (besides the huge loss to the family i.e) with some like Vishal, director Sussenthiran, director Ameer, director Karu Palaniappan and Attakathi Dinesh coming out against Anbuchezhian, the financier mentioned in Ashok Kumar's suicide note, while others like Sundar. C and director Seenu Ramasamy openly supporting the Gopuram Films' producer.

Adding to the list of supporters, producers and distributors including Kalaipuli S Thanu, Amma Creations T Siva, Manobala, Devayani, S Pictures Srinivasan, Mannan, Elred Kumar and Vijay Antony have denied all the allegations against Anbu Chezhiyan who was dubbed as a "merciless loan-shark" by their industry counterparts. The mentioned celebrities addressed the media on Friday and reiterated the media to cross-check the facts before publishing anything.

Added to this, director Vetrimaaran too has given a statement that he hasn't had any bitter personal experience with Anbuchezhian and that the accusations against the financier has come as a shocker to him as well. It is worth mentioning here that some celebrities like Parthiepan and Sarath Kumar have taken a neutral stand as how all financiers cannot be generalised as goons.
