Exclusive - Theni Eswar is happy with Taramani's success
Cinematographer Theni Eswar who cranked the camera for the National award winning director Ram's successfully running film Taramani, spoke to Movie Crow about the feedback he's been receiving since the film's release. He said,
"I'm very happy with the way Taramani has turned out. Poeple have been calling me to appreciate my work in the film. My work in Vijay Sethupathi's production Merku Thodarchi Malai (Lenin Bharathi), Peranbu (Ram) and Taramani (Ram) has been waiting to see the light of the day for a while now. I am glad that Taramani released and changed that for me."
When asked about his rumoured project with a certain big hero, the cinematographer chose neither to confirm nor to deny but did say it was too early to talk about it. He is also working in Bala's Naachiyaar, which has completed 90 percent of its shooting.
"I am extremely thankful to Bala sir for giving me that opportunity", adds Eswar
If anything, the success of Taramani is sure to bring in laurels and big projects for the cinematographer in the future. Starring Andreah, Vasanth Ravi and Anjali, Taramani released on August 11, 2017 and has been critically lauded ever since.
