Thuppakki pushes Neerparavai release

Seenu Ramasamy's 'Neer Paravai' which was set to release on November 23 has now been postponed by a week. Earlier Red Giant had plans to release the film for Diwali if Poda Podi had backed out. The producer must be glad that Neerparavai didn't release for Diwali since Thuppakki's bullets would have definitely killed the Neerparavai. Now, distributors have asked to further push the date out to 30th since Vijay's 'Thuppakki' has been doing extremely well.

Neerparavai set in the backdrop of the sea focuses on the lives of fisherman. Vishnu, Sunaina, Samudrakani and Nandita Das play the lead roles. The team is extremely confident that the film’s content will click with the audience.
