Thuppaki team to reunite for Vijay 62?

While Vijay shoots for his 61st movie with Atlee, news about his next project Vijay 62 (tentative title) has been buzzing about in the industry. As reported earlier, Bollywood beauty Sonakshi Sinha continues to be in contention for the female lead. This  A.R. Murugadoss directorial is also looking strong with Lyca Productions to be its producers. Latest addition to the team according to the ongoing specualtion mills, is Harris Jayaraj for the music and Santosh Sivan for cinematography.

It is to be noted here that the actor, the director, the musician and the camera man had previously collaborated for a film called Thuppakki, which happened out to be a tremendous hit at the box office. Will the same core team being repeated for a new project, and the earlier Harris- Vijay combo proving to be album chartbusters (Nanban, Thuppaki), we believe the stakes have been set high in terms of expectations. Shooting of Vijay 62 is expected to begin post the completion of Vijay 61 and Murugadoss's bi-lingual Sambhavami.
