Ajith 57 : Team aims for an Eid release in 2017

The team of the movie-in-the making, Ajith 57 had earlier announced that the film will be released during the summer of 2017. While fans and media were awaiting an early summer release i.e. April 2017, a little disappontment settled in when news about the movie releasing during the late summer i.e. June 2017 broke out. Industry sources also suggest that the team is aiming to release the movie around the holiday of Eid i.e. June 22, 2017.

Ajith 57 is yet to be formally titled and is the 3rd union of the lead actor Ajith Kumar with the director Siva after the highly successful Veeram and Vedhalam. The movie which has an ensemble cast of Vivek Oberoi, Kajal Aggarwal and Akshara Haasan is being bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films.
