Happy Birthday Dhanush!!!

Kolaveri boy Dhanush is celebrating his birthday today. The actor started his career in 2002 with ‘Thulluvadho Ilamai’ but Kadhal Konden was his breakthrough film. He has been in the industry now for almost a decade and has donned different avatars as actor, singer, and lyricist. He has won the prestigious national award for his excellent performance in Aadukalam.

This year has been especially good for him thanks to his ‘Kolaveri’ number which became a rage over the Internet worldwide. Dhanush hogged all limelight this year and acquired nationwide fame. Dhanush is making his entry into Bollywood with Anand L Rai’s ‘Raanjhnaa’ where he pairs opposite Sonam Kapoor. He is currently working with director Bharath Bala for Mariyaan. His upcoming projects include 'Sotta Vazakutty' with Sargunam and 'Mareesan' with Chimbudevan.

The actor has also turned producer for a untitled flick starring Siva Karthikeyan and Priya Anand in the lead directed by Senthil, one of Vetrimaran’s assistant.
