Second half was really good but the film failed to expected level. The film had a good story but screenplay was bit of a let down . Works mainly due to the acting of Simbu and Nayanthara. The phone conversations were nice. Comedy by Soori was nice but liked more the cameo portions of Santhanam and Jai. (more)

Its not an love film from simbu nad nayanthara .. its an biographic of their personal life n converted in to this venture .. not much interesting .. too long n bored .. if soori not in d film means v might hv walked out from d theatre in d break itself .. Avoid it .. (more)

Never expected such a poor film from pandiraj. I have no idea why they speak about IT culture in title and suddenly shift to love life of Simbu. May be lovers can enjoy the film as the movie shows what lovers do when they fall in love. Apart from Soori's comedy the movie has nothing to offer. Looks like Pandiraj wants to show us Simbu's real life scenarios in a different perspective and took Idhu Namma Aalu with a known Love, breakup, marriage - formula with an uninteresting screenplay. Despite having a good chemistry between Simbu & Nayan the film falls flat, the non-stop conversation are sure to test your patience. It was Soori's one liners which saves the film for the most time.
