Deepika Padukone to wear a 20 kg armour for Bajirao Mastani

Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra play the lead roles in Bajirao Mastani directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film shooting is progressing at a brisk pace.

According to reports, Deepiaka will be seen doing some sword wielding in the film. The actress is also said to have been taking lessons in sword fighting and martial arts. For the sword wielding sequence, the dimpled actress is, reportedly, expected to wear a 20 kg armour.

Bajirao Mastani is a period romance film based on the love story of Peshwar Baji Rao and his second wife Mastani.
