Epic action sequence in Lingaa

Lingaa starring Rajnikanth, Anushka and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles is directed by KS Ravikumar. An important action sequence in the film was recently canned at Hyderabad. Hollywood Stunt Master Lee Whittaker who had earlier worked in Tamil films like Vishwaroopam and Arrambam was roped in to choreograph the action block.

Lee Whittaker who has completed his part in Lingaa has mentioned that he has choreographed an epic action sequence for Lingaa. He tweeted, "All wrapped up. Something magical has happened and happy to be a part of #team Lingaa" The team have shot the action sequence in Phantom Flex 4K high speed camera.

About 20% of the film shoot has been wrapped so far. The next schedule of the film will resume on June 17 and the team will be shooting continuously for 50 days. AR Rahman is scoring the music. Santhanam and Karunakaran play supporting cast. The film is produced by Rockline Venkatesh.
