Action at night for Ajith Thala 55

The second schedule of Thala 55 commenced on May 14. The team has been shooting in the day as well as nights. The team has decided to shoot major outdoor scenes in the night.An intense action block is currently being canned with Ajith in the nights. Dan Macarthur the cinematographer of Thala 55 had posted in his microblog about the film's progress. He tweeted, "One more night of intense action tonight the mighty Ajith fights on. Scenes are looking very cool."

The cast includes Ajith, Anushka Shetty, Arun Vijay and Vivek. Music by Harris Jayaraj. The film is produced by Sri Sathya Sai Movies. Buzz is that Ajith will be called Sathya Dev and it might also be the film's title, but there is no official word in this regard.
