Production on VJ Siddhu's Dayangaram has officially wrapped, Vels Film International confirmed this Friday. Announcing the news on X, the production house celebrated the end of the shoot as the start of an "unforgettable theatrical experience," thanking the cast and crew for bringing the vision to life.

Besides VJ Siddhu — who serves as actor, writer, and director — the film features Natty, Vijay Antony, Nithin Sathya, Whatsaap Mani, Harshath Khan, Ilavarasu, Kaali Venkat, Adhitya Kathir, Sushmita Shetty, Mallesh Kannan, Chutti Aravind, Nakkalities Chella, Deepa, Pasanga Sivakumar, Namitha, and Oak Sundar.

The film is produced by Ishari K Ganesh under Vels Film International. Technical credits include music by Siddhu Kumar, cinematography by Dinesh Krishnan B, editing by Pradeep E Raghav, and art direction by Vinoth Rajkumar N.

As a director, VJ Siddhu has previously helmed Kodaikanal (2024) and the Insta Series, and has also acted in Dragon, opposite Pradeep Ranganathan. Dayangaram marks his first outing as a lead actor.

Composer Siddhu Kumar recently described the film as a fun, breezy watch in the same spirit as the Suriya-RJ Balaji film Karuppu, adding that VJ Siddhu's shift from vlogging to acting comes through well on screen.

The makers have also revealed that the story draws from VJ Siddhu's own life. While a release date hasn't been announced yet, the film is expected to hit theatres soon now that filming has concluded.
