The fourth instalment in the Pizza horror franchise, Pizza 4, has been officially announced. Written by CV Kumar, who also produces under his Thirukumaran Entertainment banner, the film is directed by Sreesh Vijay, with dialogues by Yogaraj K and Sivakumar serving as executive producer.

Bigg Boss Tamil fame Prajin headlines the cast alongside social media influencer Hussain. The technical crew includes cinematographer Hariharan Anandharajah, editor PK and production designer Vignesh.

The franchise began with Karthik Subbaraj's 2012 directorial debut Pizza, starring Vijay Sethupathi and Remya Nambeesan, followed by Pizza II: The Villa with Ashok Selvan and Pizza 3: The Mummy with Ashwin Kakumanu. CV Kumar has produced all instalments in the series.
