Amid ongoing speculation surrounding AK64, reports now confirm that Adhik Ravichandran will continue as the director, putting an end to rumours about Siva replacing him.

The project, starring Ajith Kumar, was initially expected to go on floors in February but has since seen a delay, with official announcements still awaited. 

Earlier, Adhik had hinted that unlike Good Bad Ugly, which catered primarily to fans, AK64 will be an action entertainer with a strong screenplay that also appeals to family audiences.
