Kalaipuli S Thanu's V Creations is producing its 47th film with actor Silambarasan TR (STR) in the lead, and the movie tentatively titled STR 49 is written and directed by Vetrimaaran, in his debut collaboration with STR. On Friday, producer Thanu officially announced that STR 49 will have its first promo release on October 4, 2025 (Saturday).
