Kuberaa, starring Dhanush, Nagarjuna, and Rashmika Mandanna, and directed by Sekhar Kammula, released worldwide yesterday and opened to highly encouraging reviews from both critics and audiences.

However, the film had a relatively slow start on Day 1. In Dhanush's core market, Tamil Nadu, the film grossed Rs. 4.5 crore. Meanwhile, the performance was stronger in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where it grossed approximately Rs. 16 crore.

Overall, Kuberaa grossed around Rs. 28 crore worldwide on its opening day. With positive word-of-mouth and encouraging reviews pouring in, the film is expected to perform better over the weekend. The music for the film is composed by Devi Sri Prasad (DSP).
