Dhoom 3 crosses 100 crore mark in 3 days!!!

Aamir Khan starrer action thriller Dhoom 3 hit the screens on December 20. The film has smashed all box office records and has crossed the 100 crore mark in just 3 days. The film has collected Rs. 107.61 crore from domestic box office in its first three days of release and Rs. 62.95 crore from overseas markets.

By hitting the Rs. 100 crore mark in just three days, the third instalment of the Dhoom franchise beat the earlier record set by Shah Rukh Khan's Chennai Express, which has touched the mark in four days. On its opening day itself, Aamir Khan's 'Dhoom: 3' had smashed the opening day records of 'Chennai Express' and 'Krrish 3' by collecting over Rs 36 crore.

Also featuring Abhishek Bachchan, Uday Chopra and Katrina Kaif, Dhoom 3 was reportedly released in about 4,000 screens in India. The film is produced under the Yash Raj Films banner and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya.
