The trailer of Singapore Saloon, actor RJ Balaji's upcoming film as a lead released on Thursday, and the two-minute video gives a glimpse into the underdog story of an aspiring hairstylist. Written and directed by Gokul, who has given films like Rowthiram (2011), Kaashmora (2016), Junga (2018), Helen (2019) remake Anbirkiniyal (2021) and the famous hit Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara, Singapore Saloon releases in theaters on January 25, 2023 [Thursday]. 

The republic day weekend release is a production venture of Vels Film International, and is being presented by Red Giant Movies.  

Also starring Sathyaraj, Lal, Kishen Das, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Ann Sheetal, Thalaivasal Vijay, John Vijay, Robo Shankar among others, Singapore Saloon has filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj appear in a special cameo.

The movie's technical crew includes Vivek - Mervin for music, Javed Riaz for background score, DOP M.Sukumar for cinematography and Selva RK for edits.
