M. Manikandan, director of National award winning film Kaaka Muttai (2015) has collaborated with actor Vijay Sethupathi on two films titled Aandavan Kattalai (2016) and Kadaisi Vivasayi (2022). The actor-director duo are all set to reunite for an OTT venture for Disney Plus Hotstar. 

Though an official announcement on the same awaits, word has it that this project will be the most expensive web-series from South India. Keep watching this space for more details on the same.
