While it is known that the digital rights of Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram is with Disney Plus Hotstar, it was expected that the movie will premiere on the OTT platform on July 1, 2022 i.e. on the 29th day of its release. However latest buzz suggests that Vikram will be available to stream in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam from July 8, 2022 (Friday). An official announcement on the same is currently awaited.
Vikram is storming towards week 5 of run in theaters at the moment. The movie written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Narain among others and takes off post the events of Kaithi (2019), also a Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial.
