We had previously reported that the biggest release for Vijay so far in USA has been his 2019 movie Bigil which grossed $539 K (Rs. 4 Cr.) in premiere and opening day collections. Beast, Vijay's upcoming release is getting an even wider release in the region and one of the film's distributors in USA - Ahimsa Entertainment, have officially announced that Beast presales has crossed $250 K (Rs. 1.9 Cr.) already.

Beast is scheduled to release on April 13, 2022. The movie is a hostage thriller written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and comes with a runtime of 2 hours 35 minutes 38 seconds. The film has Anirudh for music and is produced by Sun Pictures.
