Earlier today, we reported that the first single from Valimai will be out by July, 2021 though an official announcement on the same has not been made yet. So far we know that Valimai album has 2 theme tracks (sans signature guitar tunes) and 3 songs composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and that the intro song is a 'massy folk number' penned by Vignesh Sivan.

Recently Yuvan divulged that another song from the Valimai album is dedicated to mothers and will be high on that sentiment. The lyrics of the number are written by Pa Vijay.

Valimai directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Bay View Projects and Zee Studios is Yuvan's 8th album for Ajith. U1 Records holds the audio rights to this album.
