Back in April, 2020 Kannada version of Viswasam, Jaga Malla, premiered on Udaya TV and created history by recording the highest TRP ratings ever for a dubbed Kannada movie by registering 50,53,000 impressions. This week i.e between July 18, 2020 and July 24, 2020 the movie again went on to garner the highest TRP rating among Kannada programmes garnering 58, 97, 000 impressions when it was re-aired on Udaya TV. 

It is worth mentioning here that Kannada dubbed Tamil movies enjoy a significant amount of viewership whenever they are aired on TV and currently the top 3 movies in terms of TRP ratings looks like this:

• Jagamalla (Viswasam) - 58, 97, 000 impressions
• Bigil - 46, 65, 000 impressions
• Kanchana 3 - 43, 46, 000 impressions
