Thalaivaa goes to revising committee
The most awaited Thalaivaa is set to hit the screens on August 9. The film is said to have been censored with an U/A certificate due to some violent content in the film. The makers as well as the film's distributor Vendhar Movies are not happy with U/A certificate awarded to the film. They are keen on getting a U certificate so that the film can get entertainment tax exemption. The makers have now decided to approach the Revising Committee to get a U certificate.
Vijay and Amala Paul play the lead roles. Santhanam and Sathyaraj play supporting roles. Film is directed by AL Vijay. Music by GV Prakash. Thalaivaa is produced by Chandraprakash Jain.
