Through a tweet last evening, Aadai director Rathna Kumar who is also the additional screen-writer on Thalapathy 64 revealed how actor Vijay surprised him. Vijay who currently happens to be in Delhi shooting for the Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial had apparently mimicked his director to wish Rathna Kumar a Happy Birthday.

The actor was also recently the center of attention, after images from the sets of Thalapathy 64 made its way to the internet. While it is known that Vijay plays a college professor with a dark past in the movie, there have been new speculations about the film's title and story-line.
