Recently, we has reported about Mollywood actress Aishwarya Lekshmi being roped in as the female lead of Dhanush's film with director Karthik Subbaraj. The same has now been officially confirmed by Y Not Studios, the film's production house. While their announcement does not reveal any other cast member, it is being said that master Ashwanth who gained prominence as 'Rasukutty' from Vijay Sethupathi, Thiyagaraja Kumaraja's Super Deluxe, has also been roped in for an important role.

This yet untitled film will go on floors from August, 2019 and its technical crew includes Santhosh Narayanan for music, Shreyaas Krishna for cinematography and Vivek Harshan for the edits. Reportedly, the film will be shot in a foreign location for a period of two months.
