Nerkonda Paarvai, Ajith's second release this year after Viswasam is the Tamil remake of Bollywood film Pink (2016) which is slated for a release on August 10, 2019. Latest on the movie is that that team has wrapped its shooting portions after filming in the sets of Ramoji Film City at Hyderabad and has now entered the post-production phase.
Social media is flooded with videos of Ajith spotted at the Chennai airport after his back-to-back shooting schedules for this film, which lasted until March 31, 2019. Several images of fans pictured with him and actress Vidya Balan on the sets are also doing the rounds.
Nerkonda Paarvai is directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects in association with Reliance Entertainment. The film also stars Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami Venkatachalam and Andrea Tariang in pivotal roles and has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music.
