Karthi's upcoming film Dev which is directed by debutant Rajath Ravishankar is gearing up for a release on February 14, 2019 and at this time, makers have released a full video songs from their film which can be viewed here:

The songs (tracklist here) have been composed by Harris Jayaraj and Junglee Music holds the audio rights of the film.
